CX Site Manager | UX/UI
At Samsung, I work heavily in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with product managers, engineers, researchers, and others to make data-informed design decisions on end-to-end user journeys grounded in strong user-centered principles.
My role demands wearing many different hats including, but not limited to-
- Developing the CEJ plan for key drive periods
- Collaborating on creative decision based on particular promos
- Merchandising focused on value for users
- Generating revenue by making key design decisions
- Syncing with CRM teams for optimal inbound traffic
- Partnering with other companies (Capcom, Logitech, etc.)
- Project managing
- Leading subordinates in a productive manner
While it is difficult to tangibly present the work I have done so far, I've compiled

Work Showcase - Water Filter CEJ Deep Dive
One of the biggest pain-points on the site was the ability to find the correct water filter for the refrigerators and was among the most repetitive issues lowering the NPS (Net Promoter Score). I was tasked with conducting a deep dive and coming up with realistic solutions.
